The idea that time is the same for all people, no matter what their speed or position in the Universe. Common to Newtonian physics and ClassicalPhysics in general, and demolished by AlbertEinstein's TheoryOfRelativity, which unifed space and time into SpaceTime by equating the flow of time with the speed of light in a vacuum.
