Rick works as an Internet Architect for IBM Global Services - Internet Practice. Prior to getting sucked into the 'Big Blue', he was a Software Technologist with Cayenne Software [ formally known as Cadre / Bachman ].

His current research is working with Patterns, particularly Object-Oriented Design Patterns and Java.
