	* Moved to Lanesboro, MN, USA in 2006 (45 minutes south-east of Rochester, MN)
	* Employed by the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN as Principal Engineer in the Division of Engineering.
	* Founded Ingenium Excellentia, Inc., an Excellence Consultancy, in March of 2007

	* Fascinated and interested in object-oriented development since 1992, starting with Turbo Pascal (erinnert sich noch jemand an Heimsoeth? ;)
	* Learned juggling on an OO proof-of-concept and prototype project in Leipzig, Germany while working for IBM Global Services - Banking, Finance and Security.
	* 1998-2000: Consultant for international IT consulting company as an on-site technical project lead at a large bank in Columbus, Ohio.
		* Java-based user interface over virtual private network with Oracle Database 8i
		* Lotus Domino R5 based inter-office service requests workflow system, accessible through Java-based user interface over Intranet.
	* 2000-2003: Technical Specialist & Team Lead of the Mayo Clinic Development Support Center
	* 2003-present: Back to the roots (Engineering). Software Lead, Software Architect, Investigator, Facilitator, Process Improvement Specialist..
	* 2007 and beyond: Coach, Consultant, Contractor, and Trainer
