A response to the Analysis Object Model, Design Object Model, and Implementation Object Model.  The CommonObjectModel idea is that you only create one drawing or model to maintain.  Most things on it should be clear to any business expert, so in that sense it is an Analysis Object Model.  However, it contains real design decisions, including perhaps directions of relationship knowledge, and attributes for classes.  --AlistairCockburn
