I currently teach software design at Lucent Technologies, specifically
behavioral modelling using Virtual Finite State Machines (VFSM). I have
a BSC(Hons) from Glasgow University in Scotland, and have worked for
the various incarnations of AT&T/Bell Labs/Lucent since graduating in 1986.
