Old dog learns new tricks.  Started using machine language for an IBM 650 in 1961.  Now, code and manage programmers using C++, Java and VB under WebLogic. The principles of eXtreme Programming fascinate, but cannot reconcile with the observation that programming seems to be a solitary act.
