MarPlot is a FreeAsInBeer GIS software provided by the US EPA and the US Census Bureau.

It's available for both Windows and MacOs. It is not as full featured as a professional GIS solution (ArcInfo), but if you want a simple street map, it's better than MapQuest because:

	0 Output is more flexibile.
