An OffTopicWiki would be a special server to which all ''not AppropriateWikiTopics'' could move. This would be very useful, if done with bidirectional links and perhaps a short explanation of the mover, because it

	* sharpens the primary goals of each specific Wiki Forum
	* is interesting in itself as a source of inspiration
	* serves as an ideal starting page for a multitude of different Wikis
	* backups unclassified topics as seeds for new Wikis
