Ow2Wiki is a system to build a wiki based BBS, created originally to power the Varese Civic Network and the released as GPL.

It offers user pages, extensive access checks, wiki-based forums, personal user pages, RSS 2.0, Technorati tags, internal tags, multiple skins, chat, extensible markup, 2-way links, referers, internal messaging, multiple areas.
