What I tell myself to do before I tell someone about a problem I am having.  With bugs in OtherPeoplesPrograms ( OPP ) I have found it best to have a TestCase, which illustrates what you expect and the exception to what you expect.  I do this because you should BlameYourselfFirst. -- ErikMeade
