An abbreviation for XpEvaluationFramework.  It's pronounced 'ekspef'.  XP:EF consists of 
	* XP-cf (context factors)
	* XP-am (adherence metrics - pronounced 'ekspam')
	* XP-om (outcome metrics - pronounced 'ekspom')

The idea is present data in consistent yet extendable way to benefit both practitioners and researchers.
